The Journal of Contemplative Practice aims to make known the insights of contemplative practices. While the data yield from contemplative practice might be personalized, a platform that presents and discusses the insights from such practice will help to experientially and empirically verify and test as well as study findings from contemplative activity. The domains within the ambit of contemplation include but are not limited to the arts, religion, psychology and other scientific endeavors.
